Every bet you place at 9koi brings you one step closer to a higher VIP tier. Enjoy premium cashback, instant withdrawals, special bonuses, and a dedicated personal account manager available to assist you 24 hours a day.
The more actively you play, the higher your VIP tier and the greater the rewards you earn. All new members start at Bronze tier automatically.
The 9koi VIP system is designed to be simple and transparent — every ringgit you deposit counts towards your next VIP tier.
Create a 9koi account for free. All new members automatically receive VIP Bronze status immediately after registration is complete.
Every deposit you make accumulates in your VIP progress meter. Play slots, sports, live betting — all activity counts.
Once your cumulative deposit amount reaches the next tier threshold, your account will be upgraded automatically and new rewards will be credited instantly.
At 9koi, we believe every member deserves to know exactly where they stand in the VIP program. That's why our VIP points system is designed to be fully transparent — you can check your progress at any time through your account page.
Every RM 1 you deposit equals 1 VIP point. These points accumulate across all game types on the platform, including slots, sports, live casino, and e-sports betting. No game category is excluded from VIP point calculations.
Your VIP tier will be maintained throughout each three-month review period. As long as your playing activity remains active, your VIP tier will not drop. This gives you peace of mind to keep enjoying your VIP benefits without worrying about a sudden loss of status.

Receive automatic cashback every Monday based on the previous week's gaming activity. The higher your VIP tier, the greater the cashback percentage you receive — up to 30% for Diamond members.
9koi VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing. Platinum and Diamond members have their withdrawals processed in as little as 5 minutes, with no need to wait in the standard queue.
Gold members and above get access to a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or a dedicated VIP line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
9koi rewards every VIP member with an exclusive annual birthday bonus. The bonus amount increases with your VIP tier — from RM 50 for Bronze up to RM 2,000 plus a physical gift for Diamond.
Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to 9koi events held across Malaysia — including gala nights, VIP tournaments, and new game launch ceremonies.
VIP members enjoy higher wagering limits compared to regular members, giving you the flexibility to bet according to your preferences and playing style without restrictive caps.
If you've ever joined a VIP program on another betting platform, you probably know how frustrating it can be when the big promises in the promotional brochure don't match reality when you actually try to claim your rewards. At 9koi, we understand that feeling — and that's exactly why our VIP program has been built on the principles of transparency and simplicity from the very start.
The first thing that sets 9koi VIP apart is an upgrade system that works entirely automatically. You don't need to contact customer support, fill out any application forms, or wait weeks for approval. The moment your cumulative deposit amount reaches the set threshold, the system automatically upgrades your VIP tier and your new benefits become available in your account instantly.
Another thing 9koi VIP members consistently talk about is the personalised service they receive from their account managers. These aren't ordinary support agents reading from a script. 9koi VIP account managers are individuals who genuinely know you — they're familiar with your favourite games, the promotions that best suit your play style, and they can resolve most issues within minutes.
Withdrawal speed is one of the most noticeable advantages felt by 9koi VIP members. On most betting platforms, slow withdrawal processing is a leading cause of player frustration. At 9koi, Platinum and Diamond members can expect their funds processed within 5 minutes, while Gold members typically receive their withdrawals in under an hour during normal operating hours.
For players who are serious about their betting experience, the 9koi VIP program is more than a side perk — it's a core part of the real value you get from this platform. With weekly cashback of up to 30% for Diamond members, a personal account manager, unlimited withdrawal limits, and early access to the latest games, 9koi ensures its loyal players always receive the first-class treatment they deserve.
No manual application needed. The system tracks your progress in real time and upgrades happen instantly.
The VIP account dashboard shows your current points, the amount needed to reach the next tier, and all available rewards.
All your VIP account information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal data is never shared with any third parties.
The 9koi VIP program is designed with a deep understanding of Malaysian players' needs and preferences — payments via FPX, TNG eWallet, and local banks are fully supported.
